Lord Nefarian September 3rd 2006 We went in to work on Nef on three raid ids in August. With work/vacation schedules interrupting we had a hard time on a couple of those raids. The first attempt with the new strategy took us from struggling with Phase 1 to wiping in Phase 3 with Nef at 19%. Our best that night was 12% and we ended that raid eager to return with new confidence. The next raid we executed the fight with perfection and took Nef down first try. When Nef died, Teamspeak was calm and quiet. There was a certainty there that spoke volumes. To all of those that said TTH would never claim victory in BWL, SCREW YOU! To those of you who took a break from Wow and were not able to be with us on this day of victory, we miss you. To those of you who moved on for faster progression, thank you for making room for the awesome, excited people who filled your slots. To all our beloved guildees who couldn’t go with us in this raid, thank you for all you’ve done along the way and for making our guild the best! Much Love!!!!

Chromaggus July 24, 2006
After a slow start in July with vacations and holiday down time we reached Chromaggus. Monday night we took our first attempt, made a few adjustments and had him to 18%, and on our fourth attempt he dropped. Those removing debuffs were on it, the tank transitions were incredible, and our OT healers were hot on heals and decursing. We took that puppy down like we’d been doing it for months. Time Lapse and Incinerate—Ha!!! We went in the next night and started our next raid id. WOW!!! Is all I can say! We took Razzor, Vael & Broodlord out first shot, had a little problem on Firemaw then went right up and took out Ebonroc and Flamegor! I’m so proud of you and excited as we start our second night of this raid id off at Chromaggus with Time lapse and Corrosive Acid and then it’s Nef time!!!

First attempt of the night and he’s dead!! Awesome job knocking out the last of the drakes. We took our first run at Chromaggus this raid id as well and got him to 59% It won’t be long until he’s down and we’re on to the last boss of BWL. Great job this week!

What an awesome Raid ID!! We came back in the second day of this ID and knocked Firemaw out on the second pull, did an excellent job conquering the nasty pulls after and met Ebonroc. After a few accidental wipes and a few awesome attempts, Ebonroc was down.

Firemaw May 22, 2006
At the end of last week’s raid id with Firemaw down to 22%, we left BWL knowing that Firemaw would go down this week. We made a few more adjustments to our strategy and it all came together. I noted his life at 25% and then the next thing I knew he was at 5% and we were going strong. No 1% wipe here!!!

Vael was a well fought battle and the week leading up to our Sunday raid, there was a confidence in the guild that hadn’t been there before. Our victory was sweet as he fell to his death after only 2 tries.
